well only the brave and perhaps have confidence in their talent would venture out and take risks, that's how one would measure success.

Dinks you are right, if he is getting a main lead, its worth the chance. Sitting in one production house and playing any role that is thrown your way, could prove that you don't have the confidence to make it out on your own.
