M rafi is a God of singing and to sonu he is a guru and ustad . But like i earlier said what greatness kishore kumar posses???? He was a very ordinary singer simply overrated . He never sang songs of differrnt genre like rafi sahab did . he dont have a single classical song with harqat and murkiyaan which can actually shows his potential of singing ... A song " Nafrat ke hai duniya" kishore left this song as he was not able to sing it he accepted his defeat dat he cant sing this song like rafi sahab :) and Sonu Nigam is far ahead in term of Classical gayekii and vocal range then kishore kumar ... Kishore just had couple of great songs he wasnt trained in classical singing so his minus point is he cant be compared to artist who know classical gayeki

if you are comparing with classical gayeki then suresh wadkar is far ahead of sonu nigam.he isn't best next to rafi.kishor and rafi are the best.

Sonu Nigam have learnt alot from Suresh wadkar ...am talking about kishore kumar ...he even is not in the league of sonu rafi , suresh wadkar or mana day where classical is concern ...

film music is different from classical music.in movies singer requires to sing light hearted songs which can sothe the souls of common people and kishor has managed it amazingly.his voice is divine.it is wrong to underestimate his talent just because he wasn't trained.he was Bollywood playback singer not a classical singer.his voice is god gifted which should be respected.
