Everyone is the society knows that jethalal ko English nahi aati, aur jab wo letter paadna start karta hai and sub pagalon ki tarah haasne lagte hain aur sub theek se paadne ko khete hain..😕

Ok agreed ki Iyer badla lene ke liye kar raha tha...lekin bhaki ke log? Seriously did not find it comic, ek taraf sub ek dusre ke liye jaan dene ki baat karte hain, ekta ki baat karte hain, bhai chara and mohabaat se rehne ki baat karte hain, and dusri taraf itni jalan, badle ki bhawna and just because jethalal ne party puchi too itna bada insult...

Ok agar sirf ye society ke log hote, ghar ki baat hoti...too bhi theek tha, lekin bahut sare log invited thay, iyer ke paadle likhe scientist dost bhi thay...unke saamne ye behavior?.

Rite from tapu and his stupid sena, haathi, bhide, sodhi...everyone was laughing when they all knew that jetha lal ko English nahi aati...forget about that daya, uss ke baraye mein discuss karna hi waste hai, infact babita was only one feeling for jetha..she was the only one not laughing.

I knows it's just a track..but this show is meant for comedy, and kal jo bataya kam se kam meri nazar mein wo comedy nahi thi..

But the way jethaiya carried the scene...too good...but that's very insulting .

Tapu pakawo sena decorating the society:

I say they are not super kids, they are super aliens, decoration kara bhi too kaise...rocket, stars, moon, sky...ek dum scientific decoration, wo bhi itne kam time mein.

Seriously its just a story or show...magar comedy...hasi?...aaise jokes per too sirf asit modi and unki team ko hasi aa sakti hai..

your views pls...!!!

How can anyone expect bhaichara between Iyeer and Jetha considering the latter flirts with his wife ?

Besides,he just asked to read the letter. All he had to do is to say that he is sorry he can't read English. Why is it so important to know English anyways ? But he would never do it as he wanted to be around Babitaji. Dilip Joshi was just brilliant yesterday.

As far as the guests are concerned, the character of Jetha is such that he hardly cares who is around.. Does he know what a scientist means to feel ashamed in first place? Once he asked Iyyer," aapke waha kya hota hai, chutti lete hai to malik log salary kat lete hai kya ?" So, this is his idea about the Iyyer's profession,

I think it was quite funny.He got what he deserved. In any case he is going to retaliate real soon.

well i don't agree with you...

its all between jetha and iyer...iyer ne jo bhi kiya...i don't have problem with that, all i am saying is, when jetha was reading, everyone was laughing about it, has liya wo bhi theek hai lekin phir bhi asking him to ready it properly when everyone knows ki usko english nahi aati...

its not abt iyer at all, i am just amazed seeing the reaction of that society members, and jethalal was simply good yesterday...

as far as jetha flirting with babita jee...wo chori chori khabhi flirt nahi karta, agar uss ke dil mein kuch buray intentions hote too he would not do in presence of all, mind you he never crosses his limits, and also jetha does it with in the society and its members, not like flirting everywhere and anywhere.

aaj jethiya kuch badla lega...waiting for it..😆

Oh Yes! he flirts everywhere and anywhere, its just that he flirts with Babitaji only. Don't remember the track but once they wake up late at night following some society issues . He saw Babita and commented," aadhi raat ko bhi chand ka tukda lagti hai" which however Daya thought was meant for her😆

It is somewhat disgusting for Iyeer and common accept it. As far as bad intentions are concerned,he wants to do garba with Babita when her husband is around. Is it fair ? Let me remind you, the society is in India not in U.S.A. According to our vedic preachings, any woman except your wife shall be treated as your mother. I dont want to get into how much ethical flirting is as people have different views. on personal front I don't find it amusing if anyone flirts with me day in and day out.

Coming to the original questions, why other laughed? I must tell you this is how the societies are suppose to be. Modi saab had been living in different world of extreme bhaicharaness but in real life peple tend to make fun of others. I am glad his space craft have finally reached the Earth's surface😆. Jetha too made fun of Bhide during that whistle track and also that chipku gum episode all of them laughed at him, Iyyer laughed at Jetha when his hair had become stiff like iron rods and there are ample of things to mention here. Besides, all may understand he cannot read English but they cannot say it.if they do, they know how jetha will insult them . That is the way it is.

I am only annoyed by Tappu who cannot realise his father is having problem with that letter written in English. Tappu was as if given birth for two reason---1. For the upliftment of Gokuldham society and 2. To help his sundar mama. Is he really a son to Jethalal ?As for Daya, She thinks Jetha is a genius. After all he is the one who points out her wrong English pronunciations, although they both are impeccably good in distorting English words😆. I am okay with that.

I agree with both of you partly.

This was just one of those things. The CVs change the circumstances according to their needs. Just like Iyer kabhi rocket toh kabhi bio ya chemical scientist ban jata hai. So aaj sabhi keh rahe the ke Jethalal acche se padho.

But yeah, why is it so important to know English anyway? Granted, it was a cheap trick on Iyer's part.

Aur Jethalal doesn't give a damn about who's present. Dilip Joshi was indeed brilliant.

Yep...jetha deserved it from Iyer...be wajh se itna karcha karwaya...abhi jetha ka kya jawab hoga wo dekhne layak hoga...😆..should be something funny...akhir jetha show ka hero jo hai..😛

agar ussko pata hai ki jetha will flirt with babita...then party hi kyun dena...and i wonder jetha se baadla lene ke bajaye..kya wo babita kyun nahi baat karta iss flirting ko lekar..

its show...soo i guess show ko show ki nazriye se dekhna chahiye...😆

I think usne kaha tha ki party nahi deni but jab tappu sena involve ho gayi to wo mana nahi kar paya . Ab wo kya Tappu se kehta ki beta tumhare papa meri biwi se flirt na kar paye isliiye party nahi de raha. Jaha tak Babita ji ka sawal hai, koi apne ghar me aag nahi lagata. Wo jetha ko hi bahar karne ki firaq me rehta hai... yahi sach hai...

Yes. Iyer wouldn't want to discuss with Babita. Khamakha they will have a fight because Babita doesn't actually encourage him. So he prefers to tackle Jethalal. 😆

Even i felt it was a bit insulting for Jetha but actually Jetha deserves it.. but what did he do in the end he tore the promotion letter Iyer gave him to read that was so immature on his part. Do you actually tear someone's letter without his or her permission ?? I am sure even the least educated ppl would do it..
