Purab (Arjit Taneja) has been in dilemma in KumKum Bhagya ever since Abhi's sister Aliya (Shikha Singh) is back from Australia. Although he loves Bulbul (Mrunal Thakur) and has even proposed her, chances are their relationship might fall apart as he has already promised marriage to Aliya a year back.

This makes one wonder what will Purab choose at the end - Bulbul or Aliya? Will love triumph over friendship or will Purab sacrifice his love for his years of friendship with Abhi (Shabbir Ahluwalia)

Bulbul, from a middle class family always dreamt of her prince charming coming all the way from a far off land to take her away from her boring everyday life. Accidently, she met her prince charming in the form of Purab Khanna her boss. Although the two hated each other due to all the unusual misunderstandings, they bonded well over the paper work and documents in Purab's tiny office - Eventually falling in love with each other.

If Purab chooses Bulbul over Aliya then it will surely be a dream come true for both Bulbul and Purab. Bulbul will get his prince charming and Purab too will get a compatible partner whom he love adores so much. However, this plot seems a bit unrealistic going by the trends of all the Ekta Kapoor show. Let's see whether she keeps us entertained with Purab and Bulbul love track along with the beautiful background of Suno Na..., or throw us with an unusual jodi of Purab and Aliya.

Have you seen Purab and Aliya together? It looks like as if a young innocent brother is in front of his strict, cruel and grumpy sister. Purab Khanna's love interest in the serial is Bulbul (Mrunal Thakur) and so linking him with an antagonist Aliya will not only ruin Purab's life but also destroy Bulbul's dream, desire and trust.

Although Aliya is Abhi's sister and Purab's childhood friend and the two mutually agreed upon this relationship a year back, Purab never loved Aliya. He accepted the relationship only because of Abhi's friendship. And now, when Purab has already found his love interest Bulbul, marrying Aliya will only mean getting into a forced, burdened and unnecessary relationship. In addition, Aliya seems to be too dominant to be a life partner of the sweet innocent Purab.

Abhi (Purab's Chilhood Best Friend) - Shabbir Ahluwalia seen in various TV serials and also as RC in Shootout At Lokhandwala. He was Khalil Nazir in Mission Istaanbul and was also the winner of Khatron Ke Khiladi season 3 in the year 2010.

Pragya Arora (Bulbul's elder sister) - Sriti Jha was also seen as Ganga in Colors Balika Vadhu along with other roles in various channels such as Disney Channel India, Life Ok and 9X.

Sarla Arora (Bulbul's Mother) - Supriya Shukla acted in Rajshri Productions Woh Rehne Waali Mehlon Ki, Tere Liye - yet another Balaji serial along with few other serials.
