Abhishek is unnecessarily targeted. He's not the biggest superstar or the best looker but he's talented enough that directors like Mani Ratnam have casted him again and again. You can't expect me to believe that a director like Mani Ratnam can be swayed by a powerful last name.

His dad only makes films for him, distributes a lot of them himself, and is hell bent on making him a star when the public is hardly interested. This was a successful producer who lost it all, just to make his son a star. That's the defintion of nepotism in my book. Tusshar Kapoor is another one, not quite on the same level though. He does a lot of Balaji films but they're hardly centered around him.
