Was Dev's mother already introduced before or it was only today? Is she the lady who suggested Sakshi for marriage of Durga and Shaurya.

No she was introduced before
And she was the one who shaurya told about a girl his friend likes and she went and told Sakshi about it

She appeared before ofcourse. Like I think there or four times

Once when SAKSHI was trying to fool her about property

Then once when Shurya came to her to discuss his matter

And then once when She suggested Durga for Shurya to Sakshi

She also had a conversation with Sakshi about Nitya and Payal..kind of talking nice about the girls.. But Sakshi emotionally blackmailed and shut her up.. It seems she was in US with Dev when the case was going on..
