I be damned for not having read this earlier.

The AA women had warned me, especially Kishi, of the spells you cast with your words.

I have never read, forget admire, a story on real people. I only read the ones on characters. The other kinds give me the creeps, somehow.

But you can write on inanimate objects and still make it endearing, and leave the readers yearning for more.

My favourite part is the end. He just moves aside as she walks in. As if it is the most normal thing ever, a prerequisite, a rite of passage.
