I am scared that they might show him with a disease like leukemia or something.

Ofcourse it can be something light as low on iron, or vitamins like B12, which also makes you too tired and weak

I strongly believe they will touch upon a topic Juvenille Diabetes - he is tired, lack of attention, sweating, plus he is smelling bad...all signs of diabetes.
