yeah i think its not allowed coz u know i read in the papers that......during marriages n all they shoot in the air in celebration and ek baar aise hi ek marriage me shooting ke time kuch gadbad hui nd the bullet hit the groom n he died............since then they have put a bann on firing empty shots in the air...i dunno if im mistaken....................but this is wat i've heard
