Actually I enjoyed DB's drama today in a perverse way.

The same thing happened in my family around some years ago. So I was not that shocked.

It was not as bad as torturing poor amol.

Ira and chotima should work instead of sitting on sofas.

Daddu was more worried about Khana going waste.😆

DB's weight will be reduced if she goes on nirjal vrats often.

This time DB is right in her own way.

I am ok with DB as long as she wont torture amol. These types of things happen in traditional joint families.

Why taunt Ira and chotti maa in the post. Who took care of shekhars household till now ? Anandi came to the house recently. Anandi is lucky to get such inlaws who give her ample freedom to do what she likes and care about her. Ira told anandi to rest and not cook. Ira and chotti maa cook even now for the family. They are progressive and don't follow all the old traditions which don't make sense now. Anandi herself told shiv yesterday she is lucky to have a family who support her working outside the house. If anandi would have been in singhs household she would never have got the freedom what she enjoys here. The way she runs to maiyka leaving her household will ds allow Ganga to go to her maiyka ?

The episode and ruckus created by DB was a bit too much to take. Or let me put it this way, I could not digest how everyone including daddu just accepted her theory instead of being stern with her. Worse even Daddu later asked her to leave it and rest. Why exactly did he provide her with ganga-jal?

The problem is they don't know how to tackle this lady without hurting her.

I think Ira should have been more assertive today, it is her kitchen, she has the right to accept or not to accept those age old beliefs. Though men cannot talk much on this topic but Daddu at least should have told DB that they do not believe in such outdated things because his Army background made him see things differently. They should not allow DB to create ruckus in the house, somebody has to tell her to behave.
