Raman did not Love shagun he was asking only for Adi's sake and litigation which Adi told to Police man thats why he wanna know is she out of danger or when he asked abt ki us ko side effect tu nahi hua it was only for Adi's concern becoz he knew it Adi loves shagun alot.
Raman was 100% sure when he reached hospital that something is fishy thats why he called Pathik immediately,shagun ko sab se acha wo janta hai

Shagun was raman's first love and as ishu said that first love can't be forgotten so easily.
No matter what shagun will be loggerhead in ishra lives.
She is attention seeker and Raman loves adi that's shagun's browny point she can always use adi to get back to Raman and bhalla's are strange they want adi back no matter what.
Ishu poor soul she started loving Raman I think she might get into heartbreak in future.
Raman to loves ishu but will tied in this web of family kids and parents .
