Hi,
Raman nowhere had any concern for Shagun. If we observe clearly the scenes, then we could see that in his expressions. When Adi had complained about the suicide attempt and Raman is the reason behind it,then only Raman got to know there is something fishy and immediately asked Mihir to call Pathak. He was totally angry on Shagun for such stupiduous act as it affects his son's life.
Also, when Parmeet commented on both Shagun and Ishita, if observed,Raman had no concern or love for Shagun which proves that he is totally out of her and for Ishita, he is totally in love and concern for her. This was superbly shown today.
When Doctor came, he asked abt Shagun's health, it was just out of humanity and if needed, we can mention that it was Adi's concern, If something had happened with Shagun, Adi would have been totally shattered and the hatred which Shagun and Ashok had instigated against Raman would have lasted forever and raman would have not got his son aditya back. Still now, Raman has some little hope for aditya that his son would come back again in his life when he realizes the truth one day...Which would not have happened if something had happened with Shagun. Also, the next scene after the doctor's conversation, if observed Raman's face again, the anger is clearly shown in his expressions.
Regarding the phone conversation with ishu, even if i was in Raman's condition, I would have shouted at her. Because the situation is like that. He had cut the call once. As she knew that Raman had gone on some important meeting, she could have given a thought why he cut the call. If observed during the parmeet fiasco, when her call was not answered by Raman, she had thought he was busy with some meeting.
Also practically thinking, given Raman's importance to family nowadays and taking Raman's position into concern, she could have thought a person never leaves a function in between in case if the problem is not so urgent right?
