Prem Ratan Dhan Payo's music sold for Rs. 18 cr

A few days back, we had reported that Fox Star Studios and Rajshri Productions (P) Ltd. have joined forces for the film Prem Ratan Dhan Payo (which is being directed by Sooraj R. Barjatya). The latest update on the same is that the music of the film has been bought by Zee Music for a whopping Rs. 18 crores.

Inside news is that as a part of the Fox-Rajshri tie up, it's been decided that Fox will look into the overseas market of the film while Rajshri will take charge of the Indian territory. It may also be noted that Fox recently tied up with Zee Music for the music rights of its upcoming films and Prem Ratan Dhan Payo is also a part of that deal.

While Prem Ratan Dhan Payo stars Salman Khan and Sonam Kapoor, Himesh Reshammiya will be composing the music of the film.
