As for this dumb article, its all a trick to increase trps nothing else hum log kitne dumb hain ye dikhaane ki koshish hain aur kuch nahi ... I'm sincerely hoping this is a dumb dream sequence on part of Raghav coz i want him to first throw Paakhi out of his life , prove this marriage is fake and then marry Kalpi though the marriage being fake is doubtful . And what nonsense is this that they have to wait for a year? Which country do they live in? I don' t know indian laws that well but i do know that no marriage is considered legal unless its consummated . If a marriage hasn't been consummated it can be dissolved immediately , its called annulment and not a divorce. Divorce is only called so if the mariage has been consummated and since i didn't see the SR happen unless it took palce in dreams then why divorce? Get the marriage annuled and marry Kalpi...,
Dear, there is no such thing like an invalid marriage on the grounds of non-consummation. If the marriage is according to customs, then the marriage is complete when seventh phera is taken. If its a court marriage, then its valid according to court's procedure.
As for annullment it can only be given if either the marriage was voidable, or void from beginning only, that is never existed! On grounds of impotency annullment can be given, but our Raghav is surely not impotent right!😉
Either it should follow customs and saptapadi/7pheras are important in Hindu Law. So the marriage is valid then, and also if the court's procedure of marriage is not shown to be fake in show!
Also, in reality no divorce petition can be filed before 1 year of marriage is complete. so we shouldn't be comparing real laws with those shown in shows! that would be a huge difference then! In reality even after divorce is granted no one can marry immediately, until and unless there is no right to appeal left, or if there is a right to appeal, then, the time period to file appeal has expired without any appeal being filed!
But in the show i want quick divorce/fake marriage and then Ragna marriage!!!!😭 to d hell with all other logic! but please Pakhi ka scene toh end karo pehle, I don't want a second wife status to Kalpi!
