& Yeah you can't call it cameo as this word probably is restricted to the established actors,when they make an appearance it's a cameo otherwise not.
Although as the TM said he played Bharat there..Bharat is a IMP part of Ramayana ,May be Harsh is too khuddar to count it as his show that's why he preferred calling BI as his 1st.Technically he's right as you said,I know one actresses who said/did exactly the same thing :)
