Who is not selfish in Bollywood😛.... Bollywood is known for using people to their benefit😛..... He has to be an all rounder to teach Musarrat..... How many singers we have in India who are versatile.... u can count on fingers.... then why are we blaming Musarrat of not being versatile😕.... concerts ka lalach??? He is giving him a way to earn.... when today so many singers struggle.... atleast after earning some million rupees, he can struggle a bit without having to be hungry one times a day😃

talking about bollywood..lets talk about bollywood trends then...😉 whats high society today can be low society tomorrow...so its better to be an allrounder instead of being in a comfort zone of oneself....

One need not be an allrounder to teach the other to be...one has to have the outlook for it and HR is pretty good at jack of all trades...😉 ..mentor should try work on overcoming the weak points and not covering them...

how many offbeat singers do we know who had long innings in bollywood playback singing ?? esp. the imports.. how many offbeat songs are composed for a movie? roughly the ratio is 1:6 ..so should we look for that one song or have option of choosing among 6 ?

versatility may not be necessary but can definitely be huge plus point and have edge over others...widens the scope in this cut throat competition..

regarding concerts...its a easy money and a short term arrangement...but getting to a saturation point . it going to be harder and harder to find the sponsors with the amout of crop that is growing...

HR...... Jack of all not in singing😉...... of course he knows how to sing, direct music and now act as well...... but in singing category he is not versatile😊

Now in a year thousand of songs are composed so get the ratio and calculate the number of songs he can sing which others cant😉...... Sonu nigam is considered allrounder, but is not called for sufi..... because its the song for specialists like Kailash kher and Rahat Fateh Ali Khan sahab😉

HR did not say "dont be versatile"..... He said that "You will become versatile in course of time but this is your strength so work on it more"😃

Of course but this very easy money at the start of ur career helps u sail through the hard work period in the start to establish oneself..... otherwise without this money, most of the people leave singing and go for other careers😃
