ok here's in detail..and shady even i didnt know the exact difference of two..so just found the detail meaning---

Meghnaad was the son of Raavan and Mandodaree. When he was born, he made a great sound like the sound of clouds, that was why he was named Megh (means clouds) Naad (means sound).

In ancient India, Akashwani literally meaning "voice from the sky" and was related to the message of God.
