Bobby i respect ur decision of closing the thread & i will support u although i love this thread a lot we were getting all the updates of DD her but don't know why those fans who were not members of this thread but they had problem with it i understand it's GF & everything related Gurti & Maaneet is allowed here but DD is part of Gurti too

on top of all this members were not having issue about anything besides no one was bashing anyone so what was the problem anyway it's pointless to discuss about it more since bobby di is leaving the thread & a completely respect her decisions but i'm sad too specially frm those who are the reason of di leaving the thread

di u had pm me & request to report the thread to get close so i did it for you 😒😒

will miss you di a lot & thanks for all the hard work u have done on this thread for all of us 🤗

I cant even say how deeply hurt i am. So much has happened in a few days. As usual i came like every time i do on each weekend & jumped into Bobby's thread...what do i see? A very few people who claim to be maaneet/Gurti fans created a huge fight on some petty issue like some offscreen DVD pic or MB related article which can be easily ignored as most of the news is related to DD Only some of DVD news are just byproducts. So many times i saw Bobby post Maaneet n gurti related pics n articles but never i have seen those so called fans ever like a single such post. most of the time i remain silent here i only like the posts. But yes i do know who are regular here so those who are thanking the mod for much needed post to purify this thread n GF do not even belong here, never commented or liked anything here suddenly they drop by n start a nasty brawl n spoil this thread.

I would like to personally thank @Lavanya for showing the true colours of such people. They are rejoicing their victory! all they wanted is to close this thread n hurt Bobby. Calling her aunty, lesbian n what not. And they do know her as they seem to know about her likes as well. Liking an actress makes someone a lesbian first time hearing such crap! Then all the guys who like Sachin Tendulkar must be gay🤣. A request to those people who have put so much effort to destroy such a wonderful thread please GET A LIFE.

Bobby I know how hard it has been for u to built this thread. Being a young working mom juggling professional n personal life then sparing ur precious time on this thread or for Geet forum is really commendable. I cant create wonderful things but i can appreciate but unfortunately some cant do anything themselves n can only destroy.
If u leave GF the loss is ours. Lastly I am so sorry Bobby. Hugs n take care. Love You.

Topic closed at the request of the topic maker. And just as an FYI...when any action is taken on any thread on the forum, its because someone either reported it or PM'd the DT directly. If people dont report anything, we wont see it. Lets get real here, Geet is an old forum of a show that is over. Its great to see members still so passionate about the show and its actors/characters. However, because its a forum of a show that has ended, the DT over view is scarce at best. We arent able to troll all the threads to see what is happening - we only know if its brought to out attention. If DT action is taken and you feel that you were wronged or the decision taken was baised, there are other DT members you can contact about it. If you feel the need, contact the CM, GM and even Admin group. There is a reason why there are so many levels of DT on IF in general. Its more productive to do that than creating a spectacle of yourself and the DT. But, to each their own.

And just because i cannot sit back while people attack me (or DT in general) regarding action taken i must say one more thing. There is a comment made by some that us peace corps people need to get real lives and real jobs. Ok, lets go down that road. Geet is a forum of a show that has ENDED we're not here on a daily basis precisely because we have jobs and lives. Props to those that can come on a more regular basis. I really wish i could. I miss the masti of Geet forum and the amazing writers/vm makers we have on the forum. When Geet was an on going show, this forum was like a second home for me.

Oh and just in case anyone was curious about my big girl job id like you to know, i am a very proud licensed social worker working as the Director of Social Services at a California hospital. Hope thats REAL enough for you.

For those that PM'd me regarding the topic or made reports, sorry it took time to get the job done. You see, our annual department of health audit was happening in my REAL life so i couldnt find time to focus on things related to REEL life.
