It was a beautiful journey when it began.the creatives gave us this wonderful couple called raghav and kalpana .we loved them as Ragna.Over the days,their romance blossomed.We got such poignant scenes and we were hooked.We appreciated the beauty and the creatives would ,in turn thank us.the going was good.they knew the pulse of the audience and kept in tune with it...it was a beautiful melody
But then came the nasty blow...the one note that went out of tune to spoil the entire composition...and from then on there has been no music.It is not that we have not tried..we have ,in earnest.We were at first courteous,we pleaded,we requested.When they told us to have patience we waited...waited till Monday,then Wednesday,then till Z 20 for those magic words...fake marriage...or even for the slightest hint that we will get our favourites back together.But it was all in vain.
Then came the anger and the frustration.It was vented out on all social media...In a profession which hogs the limelight, one should learn to take praise and criticism in the same vein...to treat both impostors just the same...sadly,they have yet to learn.What amazes me is that they are all veterans and not fresh out of acting school.no doubt it hurts...but it can be ignored or ,if you are of a broader mind,laughed off..but to turn back and retaliate at young people who are ,probably half your age,is like opening a can of worms.They have unleashed a storm...the repercussions of which will be felt ,not only onscreen ,but also off it.
I have seen forums become a battle ground where one group pitches against the other...but this forum is unique .As in all other aspects ,in this too.They stand united against the creatives.Bash one member ,it is like bashing all...and for this alone,people,hats off to you.You are a great group.
But let us not dirty our linen .We can fight the good fight ...magnanimously,in the way it counts.Let us not attach any further importance to those who do not matter.After all it is only a good story and acting that brings them the TRP ...not us viewers.They have given us the solution themselves...let us tread the path of silence and non co operation...we have the power of the remote.Whether it will have an impact ,I am yet to see...but ,yes ,we can at least register our displeasure.After all ,did they not show theirs...
