I don't think she went though any surgery. She never was concern about all this and never will be. She's an actress who never got her eye brows done in her prime time. But if she did went through a surgery then it's her life. I am more concern about her performances than all of this 

everyone is surprised at her complete fashionista makeover

theres phases people go thru...sometimes you give a damn

about clothes, make up, accessories, then you change,

sometimes you love a certain kind of film genre, or fiction

or food, then you change...

if kajol suddenly found the time to dress like a fashionista

which is time consuming, she can certainly find the time and

inclination to go in for permanent make up...ie cosmetic surgery

she admitted in KWK that part of the fault Ajay philandering could

lie with other partner
