discuss - how much negativity in show?

i would like to ask every member in this forum this question....

Question:

How much negativity can be there in shows? i will explain... here babies are aborted unnecessarily, woman got hit by gun many times, riots clearly showing brutal beatings, religious sensitive matters handled carelessly..... to a sister snatch her sister's husband for money and fame, a sister try to destroy her brothers life for money, a daughter stand silent seeing her father is being killed just for money, a sister even gone to do anything to harm her sister... i can put a hunderds of things here.... in depth if we take individual case anyone of you can suggest what is too much that a normal house hold should not see and get tensed instead of entertainment... please tell ur point... i could say not a person, even a born criminal has some humanity in him and bit of shame too... pia had her husband's child killed then she used a kid, whose it is still not sure, to blackmail a man after raping him literally after drugging.... we need atleast some of the lurkers realise that what we are thinking... pls describe ur versions...

my opinion is extreme negativity harm the society and viewers in many ways... like they say, they are not giving real things... but people who has OCD is still real in our world... to the old people who watch this is getting tensed and frustrated after seeing such a extreme negative characters like pia.. isn't it better to have a limit there... for a change a regretting or realization.... we need some naturality too...

PS: pls don't misunderstand that i am asking about some numbers... i am asking about ur view points about the extreme negativity in the shows..

i totally agree with u ! y couldnt they just stick to the jiya dhadak dhadak scenes?? and also, the main bad person, pia, is not being referred to for revenge (by bani).. poor jai is getting all the revenge when its all that darn pia's fault!

and another thing: making good characters turn bad just to get revenge. totally righteous and stuff, but hello! isnt there sum sort of a saying like "then wats the difference between u and them" rite??

yeah, that "difference" question will certainly araise... but who will leave husband midnight to say something to a male friend? who will go and abort her child without telling her husband, that too illegaly without his consent... isn't it extreme for a negative woman?

i agree with your points.. but its true things like this do happen in the world.. i definalty knw about few stories that came on star news and had the story of the BIL and SIL relationship.. but KS adds a different twist - drugs!

i have to say there is a lot of negativity in the show.. but then it always later on get overshadowed by Good.. altho late it does happen..

Sort of like in real life.. You mean to do something good but Evil tkaes over for a little while..

take the example of Quick money

Quick money never lats no matter how you earnt it.. the quick method is the worst method... no thorns to overcome and you have what you desired for a few moments then it will go..

The money that is earnt with a lot of effort and dedication last for a lofetime and there will be no reason to see another route..

Like with the 'Baddies' 'Evils' they have chosen the fast route which never lasts..

The two leads JB will be together for a long time thats why even after the 5 years they have been separated they never looked at another person in the same light as they look at each other..

i agree there are many things shown that do 'go off on one' but to me its just drama.. Drama means to over do.. 😉 and to over do something Ekta employed the creatives.. whom do a funny job of makin something exagerated for thier show..

That part is tru.. they have made a mockery of many things.. but then which drama hasnt really.. then it can go for every drama.. not just K serials.. every single drama that has been on TV.. includin Himesh Reshamiyya's drama, mocked something one time or the other.. and this will always continue sadly..

but then as Ekta says 'if you dont like it dont watch it..' [she said it not me] thats her answer to this Question you are presentin to us today..

I agree with you rose, the negativity made by the creative's in their shows always puts into a lot of stress the viewers, harms the society, and even upsets in many different ways the general people. However, Ekta and her creative's did not only show the viewers "unnecessarily" a numbers of negativity through their serials but they've also fail avoiding to showing the slightest positive sign to ease the matter.

As we know from the beginning they've used "the sisterhood image" (the treasure relation we all cherish naturally), to build their story and make stronger its root, but then what happened later on? They've destroyed the same image along with the title, in a way that no one would want to imagine. I'm not saying that there are not bad (people) sisters around the global but the way they've portrayed the "Reptiles" character gratuitously is way out of line and intolerable to me. (I'm speaking this on my personal experience. I'm a sister and have lots of them, whom I'm very close to and understand each other more.)

Then they came up with the divorce issue where they once again fail to light out how it happens in the real world and how the mature couple act logically to solve the matter whether they agree on getting separate or become one again. However, it was then followed by the most, ugliest and brutal scene I've ever witnessed so far, where a pregnant mother gets hit on her abdomen with a gun. (I mean if they wanted to terminate the baby there are other several ways to do. (I mean why go pointlessly for this ugly way, and put into stress the viewers who watch the serial daily across the world?)

And then "OMG" the ONS and the MA. Rose darling don't let me start, it upsets me to even think let alone talking about. They've played with our emotions handling carelessly every situation not only in KS serial but all their shows. (A sister destroying the other sister and brother is one but a sister forcing her brother in law to bed her.) If this is what they're trying to tell us is a good entertainment? Then I say its bullshit, illogical and they need to be brain checked.

Overall, I guess this where they call the corporate world and where everything is about money. Religions, humanity, emotions, sensitivity don't count and never will. I don't know if I've said what I wanted to right now, the mood is off. But my apology beforehand, over what have said so far.

Fantastic topic dear👏 and most of us have ben saying this for so long, how much negativity can one drama , show.

The answer we already know, too much😡 as there seems to be no rules or regulation to stop them from showing such utter crap, rubbish and negativity.

From abortion to miscarriages to OCD, etc everything is made a mockery off. Instead of being the medium to provide people with the right information about such things they distrot facts to suit them. 😡

Pregnency without any stomach at all, a gestation period of more then 22 months more then humanly possible😕, a healthy child at three months of pre-mature deilvery????😕

Then trying to make a person suffering from OCD mad or maniac, when it is not meically possible.

In the same way trying to show us the protrayal of a good wife, sister, daughter by showing us such a brainless female.

In the same way showing us a business tycoon with no brains at all.

Thus dramas and negativity go hand in hand.

Untill and unless the viewersstop watching such crap and put their point forward that such dramas will not be tolerated.

Or until the government take responsibility and ahve rules fro showing such negativity.

thanks for the posts friends... someone need to talk about it though most of us feel it.."OMG, this is too much". yes, if it is only in one show of one producer atleast the matter is different... but if u take this shows most of them very light heartedly usded violence and sensitive things ... well, the point is why the channel nevermind it... don't they have any screening of what they are going to air? here bombs are flying in the air even in the residential area leave alone public places... thank u again whoever posted and read it
