they didn't come from street. 😡😡😡

sorry, but its disgusting!!!! its cheap way of getting sympathy and votes!!!

pehlye it was topi, and now roti. grrr

why doesn't anyone stop him???

Quite right . He makes the participants feel so cheap and blows his trumpet all the time about how he has brought up the careers of the old participants of Saregama. Agreed that he has helped them but he should avoid such cheap behaviour on the sets. The game of words between Ashaji and HR is interesting but only proves who is the KING! She is so graceful in her comments and the way she carries herself and HR looks very very small indeed. It is high time he cools down and comes to his senses. The quality of Saregama is spoiled by such behaviour.

Maybe Himesh meant to make money out of your singing talent, not because of some other job, so he wants his good singers to be established, and I think Musarat is the best in singing, he should make money with his singing talent 😳

I agree with Kabhi 21, you've told the truth.

and even in old days, Kishore Kumar always sings the same type of songs, they needed to call rafi for multistyle singing. and aasha bhosle is being biased and being personal, she doesn't deserve to be judge, they should change the judge, or have some else someone very honest as OP Nayaar (who's sadly not in this world anymore) but he was so honest, hope we get someone honest as him in this show.😊

Excuse me, KK was a versatile singer. Be it a funny, fast, romantic or dard bhara gana. He was all in one. That too applies for Asha Bhonsle, be it ghazal, cabaret, romantic, sad or fast number.

This does not mean I am trying to put down Rafi or Lata, they are legends. No body can think of touching them.

Asha Bhonsle is one of the best judges in SRGMP. She explains well than many others. A judge should have the privilege to judge a contestant in any way he/she wishes. Usme koi dakhal-andazi nahin kar saktey. When one comes to a singing contest one should come prepared to sing all type of songs. Mussarat is good, and he proved that he can do it. Why try to restrict his talents?

I think Ashatai is doing a good job. Her insights are very helpul. There is nothing wrong in trying to be versitile. Why should a singer limit himself? Kishore da did not just sing peppy numbers - he also sang emotional numbers. For Eg: Tere Bina from Andhi etc. Rafi's voice was more melodious vs Kishore's manly voice. I think music directors chose their singers based on the requirements of that song.

Musarat has a similar voice tone like Rahat Fateh. If we had no Rahat Fateh would HR still dig out songs of the similar kind or would he give him a chance to prove his versitality? Its funny every singer and actor always strives to prove their versitality and here HR forces his students to limit their talent. Different school of thought I guess. And I respect that - if only he learnt how to convey it in a more civil manner. Not every one in the studio is deaf!
