Pia actually gave Jai hint

Pia gave Jia a hint of what his next move should be.

He should know that he can't bring Bani back as BW.But Pia gave him a hint that he should marry DDG. Pia tells him that if Bani is Ddg she has no legal right on kids.

If only Jai is smart as a Business tycoon is supposed to be then he will force DDg to marry him so that she can claim the kids as her own being JW lawful wife. Ofcoure Ekta can think about some made up law hwereby JAi & DDG getting custody of kids & since kids have both parents Pia can't claim any custody.

But in Ekta land on;ly evil people get good ideas.

Yup exactly, Bani is really pissed off at JW and now wants to destroy him right...so i think next week this going to be bani's move. She and JW are going to have a ONS with each other. She will plan this. And then come forth being pregnant. She still thinks he's married to pia, right. This way bani will be thinking she destroyed jai and pia's marriage. Marriage that bani thinks is important to jai but in truth it isn't. She will marry jai and pia won't be able to do anything. She can't use the kid card because durga will be one step ahead....by jai and durga marrying secretly before pia finds out. And now, pia can't take the kids because durga and jw are the legal guardians. Now, durga can destroy everyone in the house. Jai take the hatred from bani becasue he's trying to protect her identity. I see this as a full circle people.

but coming back to the hole custody issue..... maybe someone can explain me..... how is it possible that bani had the right to sign over the custody papers to pia..... when she was declared mental unstable.....

because what I know about law is that when someone is declared lunny than she loses all power to make a legal decision and her rights are taken away.....

according to dutch law the person next to her .... in this case her husband can only make this decision or the government has that right.....

so is there anyone who know about the rights off a lunny settle in india.... or in this case in ekta's world....
would she/ he care to explain.....

Even with backdating of the adoption papers I am not sure if this is possible....
Because if Pia back dates the adoption papers, then the date on the adoption papers must be a date before Bani was declared mentally ill by the court.

Since the baies are born after Bani was declared mentally ill that means the date on the adoption papers will turn out to be a date when the babies were not even born...
So the issue remains if can you give custody rights of your unborn children to others...

on the other hand AD's mil jo Jeet ke life me Bani ko lana chati hai.so possiblties of AD-bani angle is more then Jai-DDG marriage.

swati, if I remembered correct the date was after after the babies where born..... pia got them signed by bani when she was mental unstable..... so that means that bani was not in a good condition to sign the papers....

so then her sign doesn't has any value in court and the almighty will be able to get the hole custody back..... but as you see the brains off the almighty aren't working anymore..... and as everyone said he is just a puppet in the hands off the 3 witches......
