Yes i got the point now..why they made pakhi lead now...
its a very simple logic...this is ema tradition..
If u wanna become lead then you should have following characteristics..
1.you should always act like mahan..
2.and should always feel i know everything and i am the smartest..
3.most important this is you shouldn't have brain at right place..that's it very simple.
