Hello Everyone,
Episode begins with detective Aliyah overhearing Barkat's conversation with Shazia and Nafeesa. As we all know, Aliyah confronts Barkat about this and she acts victimized in front of Zain.
Zain of course being his arrogant self makes Aliyah apologize. Absolutely ridiculous on Zain's part.
Aliyah was pretty much the star of the episode. Her sharp presence of mind sets her apart from the rest of the characters. Aliyah notices Barkat smirking during the blade scene so now she has become suspicious.
I loveee Suchitra Pillai but her character of Suraiya is another let down. Such a strong character is now easily manipulated by Barkat. I expected Suraiya to be a strong personality and not easily persuaded by some silly kitchen politics. I just cant imagine Suraiya not talking to Aliyah over silly thing as such especially after what she has done for the family.
Anyway it was a bakwaas episode.. didnt like it at all. For the first time, a complete let down. Hopefully things will get better soon.
Precap:
Another major disconnect. While Zain is apologetic in the precap, but does anyone sense his regret? because I dont. It looks like a random hawt scene put in place to please the audience. Let me make this clear, hawtness will burn out if there are no true emotions to ignite it. That is the only way I can put it as. Zain doesnt regret what he did nor does he realize her perspective. Sorry the arrogance is so prevalent that I cant get over it.
