Richa's personality

Im very confused about her character, she seems to be a person that likes to do everything herself. She hasn't even tried to understand her partner, i think she has been rather rude to her partner by rehearsing with someone esle infront of him.

No offence to any of her fans, it's just my opioin!
But honestly i think she has an amazing voice and i actually wanted her to win but after seieng her personality and character i think she's too young and needs to understand what a partner means!!
