Her accent doesn't seem fluent, it seems mixed, a bit of British, a bit of American all sorts. Not natural.

This looks so odd and weird 😳

I think she herself tried to copy them and talk like that..because I don't think anyone who would have lived all their life till now in India could maintain that kind of weird accent with the mix of all. I remember one of my classmate came to join our school in India (due to transfer) from US..she has also lived in UK for quite a long time since she was born, and she used to have the mix of both the accents. But gradually when she started to communicate with us, her accent transformed into Indian and the previous accent started to disappear just in like some 3 years.

I think one could retain that kind of accent if they themselves try hard to sound like that..or slowly you kind of start talking the way other folks around you do. I may be wrong..but I somehow feel this way.
