Guess Who?
There was a time when a producer would work on a film from its inception till even after the film released. Things have changed a lot since then. Once you have big names on board, corporate houses are more than willing to fund your project.
This individual producer has a big name on board and also a big director, whose previous film was a big hit. Needless to say, corporate houses were pursuing him to clinch the deal, which eventually went to one of these corporate houses.
This big film is expected to release soon, and guess what? The staff of this corporate house who backed the film are poking fun at it and spreading discouraging rumours about it in the trade. Very sad, indeed
Guess Who?
This giant group has been keen on getting into film production for a long, long time. In fact, they even took over a company which also has a production wing but this wing has been churning out one failure after another. As a result, this giant group has no interest in this production wing any more.
But now, it seems, they've come up with a brilliant idea. They recently approached this BIG actor who also owns a production house and asked him to team up with them. This actor in return decided to form a new company with them and will also make movies under his own home production.
Guess Who?
This film was started a year ago but the shooting was cancelled on numerous occasions. It's been a year and the shooting is still going on and on and on and on and on and on. Turns out the main reason for the interminable delay is the incompetency of the director. In fact, shooting is currently underway overseas and the director is not sure what his actors should wear during the shoot!
Apparently, he gives three-four options to all the main actors and asks them to decide what they want to wear. And most of the actors send pictures of their costumes to their director-friends and ask them for advice. Really now!
