Holy moly! A Sri Lankan man has reportedly claimed that Aishwarya Rai had an affair with him before she married Abhishek Bachchan in 2007 and he alleges to have suffered mental stress because of her marriage.

Niroshan Devapriya of Sri Lankan origin has thrown a shocker by reportedly filing a case against the Bollywood actress for causing him mental stress. But reports say the litigation hasn't gone down as he had planned.

Apparently, Devapriya was directed by a kin to hire a lawyer for Rs. 1.7 million (17 lakh), however it turned out that the kin made off with the money. Now Devapriya, who is said to be based in China, has filed a case against the kin as well and the court has reportedly ordered the kin to pay back the money in instalments.

Incidentally, Devapriya's allegations come seven years after Aishwarya Rai's wedding to Abhishek Bachchan. Before her marriage, Aishwarya Rai dated Salman Khan and Vivek Oberoi but those relationships came to naught.

Devapriya's claim that he had an affair with Aishwarya is a bolt from the blue.

Today, the 40-year-old actress is happily married and blessed with a daughter Aaradhya Bachchan who was born in November 2011.
