^Heroine had its good moments and bad ones. I remember I opened a topic here on IF after I watched it. I was really impressed with Kareena's acting. Now, after like a whole year, thinking about that movie only bring two thoughts to my mind: 1) the movie was bits and pieces put together and 2) Kareena was the saving grace of that movie. No other thoughts but I did like Heroine at the time. Now, not so much.
Oh so Parineeti didn't actually get an NA. Still that was something to be recognised so early on in her career.
I think I might skip Highway then. I don't want to do regret wasting my time on a movie that might disappoint me so I think I'll give it a pass. I read the ending was weird in Highway.
About Vidya in Kahaani: I thought I was the only one too who thought Vidya wasn't as great as made out to be in Kahaani. In fact Kahaani is the only other movie that I have watched of Vidya's (the other being Parineeta which I really liked) and from the movies released that year and the ones I watched I really thought Vidya was being overhyped. Good to know I am not alone😳
