With all the speculations that raghav married paakhi for gauri
its mostly not possible coz he did say that if he even knew where his mother was he won't inform her about the marriage (in uptan and phone scene)

Whatever the reason is gonna hate raghav for doing this😡😡😡😡😡

Exactly! He hates his mom since he was a kid as he thinks she had an affair and left him and his dad so he has a strong hatred towards his mother. So that can't be it. And out of all the people he'll actually believe the kapoors? No, don't think so. Has to be some other reason.
