Seriously I have been trying for the past hour or so and I am so freaking close to snapping someone's neck off, seriously, I'm pretty sure if I don't figure this out soon, I will lose all my hair and I'm in my teens, my hair is my money maker

PLEASE HELP

Like I keep on going into the forum codes, copying of the youtube bit, pasting it into the box and then copy pasting link to the video every time, but this is what I get...
