This segment was shot recently, and no, I don't think the surprise has got anything to do with KS or KS being in SA. Salman was just causally saying that he has already thought of what to gift Nikitin and doesn't want to ruin the surprise by saying what it is now. I don't think KS was ever in SA for that matter. The way TJ was interacting with KS when she was at the first get together kinda made it obvious that they had never met before. And the khiladis returned in March, not in February. What caught my attention in this interview was actually Gurmeet-Kratika's short dancing clip. Refreshed old memories. :)
