Also when she says that it is a test of her love, it made me wonder if she was talking about her having to leave him. That, if she feels that her Bolenath is testing her love for Rudra by making her leave him. I can only imagine the betrayal and hurt Rudra would feel if she leaves him after he starts accepting her. Also the devastation Paro would undergo when that happens. Just the thought give me a scare.

Laila's love appeals to his lower consciousness. His baser instincts and keeps him on the same level he is at. Paro's love aspires for him to make a better man of himself. Move into a higher consciousness.

Which love Rudra will choose also will show from which consciousness level he is operating? lower or higher?
