The episode starts with Kamla entering Gauri's room and asks Neetu if she is ok. Neetu replies saying that she's ok and fast asleep. Neetu tries to convince Kamla to let her stay with them for a while till she is ok. Saying that in the hustle bustle of marriage preparations Gauri might be a little uncomfortable. Kamla apprehensively agrees to the offer. Neetu tells Paakhi to spend time with Raghav and concentrate on him only.
Kamla comes back home and convinces Vitthal as well with her idea. Pakhiya comes in saying that Sammy has come suddenly with his mom and dad as well.
Here Raghav and Kalpi are on a drive. Raghav tells her that Sammy has come to their place with his parents to talk about their wedding.
Kamla welcomes Sammy and his parents into the house. Kamla informs them that she used to work as a maid at people's house in the past. Sammy's parents appreciate their family and this really impresses Kamla.
Vitthal brings them something to eat. They tell them Raghav is like their own son for them. Kamla asks why Raghav isn't here ? and Sammy says he couldn't because he had some work but now that marriage is fixed Raghav will be coming more frequently.
After meeting Sammy and his parents leave. Kamla hands over Sammy some money, he gets confused but she says that marriage has been fixed and thus this is a form of Shagun. Sammy not knowing that Kamla and Vitthal are thinking that Sammy is the groom takes the shagun.
Kamla announces to the chawl that Kalpi's wedding has been fixed. Pakhiya comes in and tries to play a prank on his parents.
Vitthal and Kamla start planning for Kalpi's engagement and share an emotional moment.
Here Raghav comes to a store to buy an engagement ring for Kalpi. Sammy calls Raghav to tell him the good news.
Paakhi sees them and comes inside as well and sees Raghav and Kalpi looking at rings and Raghav trying to make Kalpi wear a ring but before he could the ring falls and lands at Paakhi's feet. Kalpi turns around and is surprised to see Paakhi there.
Raghav tells Paakhi they came here to buy a ring for Kalpi. Paakhi thinks that Raghav is helping Sammy and feels better. Raghav decides to buy a special ring for Kalpi to surprise her but confused about the size he tries it on Paakhi making Paakhi think that he is buying the ring for her.
Precap : Kamla and Vitthal come to the temple to pray to god before the engagement.
