GULMOHUR
The episode starts with Pari telling Mallika that she overheard Armaan talking to Raj about the new store. He was telling Raj that he was getting stressed that Mallika had given Ruby mom the responsibility of completing the paperwork. He felt that since Ruby mom is getting old, she might not be able to do the job.
WALIA HOUSE
Nandu is talking to a photograph., then calls up Pari. She tells him that she knew that her loverboy would never call her to a cheap place like Heartbeats but must have called her to Heartbreak. She asks him if she can meet him that evening at Heartbreak. He tells her that he can't as he is flying over the jungles of Africa. (yaar Nandu-bandu's love story is getting a little tiresome â kissi ghiss-pitti love story ke mafik).
GULMOHUR
Armaan calls Mallka on her mobile and tells her that he feels that she needs Jassi's help to complete the paperwork with regard to the store. The moment Mallika hears this suggestion, woh aag-babola ho jaati hai and she says no thank you, I will finish the work on my own.
Armaan is very happy that both he and Pari ne Mallika ko chabhi bhar di hai. Mallika calls Ruby mom to her cabin and tells her that she had worked for GM for 25 years and was getting old. Hence it was time for her to retire.đ
GM RECEPTION
Ruby mom is crying and the gang are trying to console her. Armaan walks in just then and asks them what the matter is. But Ruby mom doesn't let the gang tell him anything. Armaan ke mann mein laddoo phoot rahe hote hein that his second plan is working.
Then Jassi comes along and the gang tell her what had happened. Jassi tells them not to worry. Mallika often says things when she is angry. Pari then comes along and gives the retirement papers to Ruby mom. They have been signed by Mallika. Jassi then tells Ruby mom to come along with her.
ARMAAN'S CABIN
A cacophony precedes Pari, Nazleen and Maria's entry into Armaan's cabin They tell Armaan that Mallika has asked Ruby mom to retire. Armaan tells them to remain quiet. "The problem is now mine and I will handle it. Go and tell everyone to come to the boardroom urgently," he says.
MALLIKA'S CABIN
Jassi goes and speaks to Mallika. She tells Jassi that it is not Armaan's cabin. Jassi says that I know that you not only think about GM's profits but also its well-being. We all know how much effort you are putting in for GM and we all are with you. Don't you think we need employees like Ruby mom who have so much experience? I am sure you, more than anybody else, know what is good for GM.
BOARDROOM
Armaan greets Ruby mom. He tells her not to worry about anything. Ruby mom tries to say something but Armaan doesn't let him speak. He tells her that Jassi has made him realise the importance of employees in a company. He goes on to add that Mallika will have to take back what she said. Mallika comes into the boardroom just then and says that there is no need for that. Ruby mom then explains to Armaan that Mallika has torn the retirement papers. The gang are overjoyed and embrace Jassi while Armaan looks like a deflated balloonđ.
In the meantime Raj and Aryan bump into each other near the lift. Aryan says to Raj that you people are so busy plotting and scheming against each other that you don't have time do any proper work (sahi mein!!! GM mein log kaam kab karte hein?????)đ. Raj retorts by saying that at least we don't bring outsiders to harm our company. Aryan says that if you are referring to Purab, you will be glad to know that he has shifted his interest elsewhere. He then shows him the newspaper where it says â Purab Mehra buys out IFH. Raj is surprised that Purab and Hansmukhi are now partners.
INDIA FASHION HOUSE
Nandu has gone to meet Hansmukhi. She wants him to be her financial consultant. She tells him not to worry about his salary. She then calls her new partner to meet him. Nandu is shocked to see that it is Purabđ˛.
