Payal's parents were shown in two flashbacks, one when Payal was a kid and RG was looking at her with lust 😡 and the other one when Mathur pushed Payal outta the Goenka mansion.

he is not Payal's father but he knew something and again goenka try to kill this person and he was blind now. Durga talk few days back that "jin logo ke sath goenka ne jyadti ki hai un sabk ko bhi insaf dilana hai."
