NOTE:Hello!!! I am darklight and this is my second poll.I found on the net a page on Mb that out of 100 only YY number of people will understand PP character.But I was not very satisfied so I thought of finding out myself by doing a survey.

I have not mentioned Krishnaji because he is God and no one can interpret God😆😆 .

But there must be one character whose actions you never understood,Please be very true while answering this and I request you to please ask these question to yourself before voting:

How can this person be so good/bad?

Why did he do that?

What was going inside in his heart while doing this action?

=>Try to think about the inner turmoil of that person,yes being intelligent and shrewd is one thing as you can say I never understand what that person does,but certain actions which make that person complex.

I am sure you will be able to give appropriate answers after thinking about the above sentences.If you feel you want to name someone whom I have not mentioned then please mention,I tried to mention some of the most complex characters of MB.

Disclaimer:This is not a favourite character post,you may not like a character but have to admit that it is very difficult to understand him/her then please vote for that character.I do not wish to hurt anyone😊😊

I personally have a very hard time trying to make sense of Karn. I oscillate between admiration to sympathy to condemnation. And this is one character whom I genuinely want to understand. On one hand is his skills, his virtues and an admirable dedication towards a not so admirable a person. But on the other is his absolute failure to rise above circumstances and his sense of injustice. He is one character whose entire life seems like a perpetual struggle. But that's a compliment and not a complaint, for he was at least worthy of the strife life presented him with. And this is the exact stuff heroes are made of!

But then this magnificent hero kept on losing to himself. He needed no external enemy to defeat him anyways. Forever caught in the web of ideologies and obligations, he could never attain his true self. That is why he remains a mysterious tragic hero for me.

Karn is good choice but I find him little easy to understand,He was faced with so much injustice due to sutputra,

When Pashuram came to know he was a sutputra he cursed him.

Draupadi rejected Karn because he was Sutputra

Only Duryodhan understood and gave him Angdesh ,so he held high respect for him.In short Duryodhan removed the injustice .So Karn gave his friendship to him.He thought only Duryodhan was his friend .

The reason why he insulted Draupadi was only because she had insulted him by rejecting him.

So this is why he followed the wrong person,no one was there to guide him😊

I completely agree with u.

Karna is the most complicated character in Mahabharat.

I completely agree with ur opinion about Karna.

On one hand, I feel sympathy for his struggles, n respect for his virtues.

On the other hand, I condemn him for his participation in Draupadi's Vastraharan.

I know that he was hurt, bcoz Draupadi rejected him for his caste.

But still, what kind of a man takes revenge from a helpless woman, in her season, n gets her disrobed in public, only bcoz she refused to marry him?

Karna was indeed noble, n he had his own reasons for supporting Duryodhan, but on the day of Draupadi's Vastraharan, his thirst for revenge took over his nobility n virtues.

For me it HAS to be Yudhishtir. For one, he has confused me ever since I've known Mahabharat. When it comes to understanding the 'Dharm' in the Game of Dice that was followed by Draupadi's (failed) Vastraharan, I'm torn between understanding his virtue to have stuck to dharma and his utter foolishness to have put his own family at stake.

Yudhishtir is one man NO person can really like, humans atleast. Because to understand perfection one has to be perfect and humans are generally not perfect. Yes he was just, righteous, never lied yada, yada, but he was intolerable sometimes and so difficult to live with!
