Hello. Thank you all soo much for the love you gave me in the new to india forums' thread. This is the first piece I'm writing here. This is a scene that I have imagined out, I hope it doesn't hurt anyone's feelings. This is an FF not a spoiler for any scene. Please read, enjoy and comment your views. I would really like to know what you feel about it. I'm super nervous as this is my first post so I hope you like it!

Jalals Room Early In The Morning, a guard is waiting outside hoping the shehenshah will awake soon. The minute the guard see's some moment he rushes into the room.

Guard: Gustakhi Maaf Shehenshah..Hum..Hum

Jalal: Subah Subah tum yahan kya kar rahe ho? Tum dekh nahi sakte hum abhi abhi uthe hai.

Guard: Shama chahte hai shehenshah, par kabar hi aisi hai ki hume aana pada.

Jalal: fir jaldi se kaho kya hai.

Guard: Shehenshah, Jodha Begum agra mein tashrif la chuke hain. Unki tokri der raat agra pahunchi thi.

Jalal: Fir tabhi aana tha tumhe na? Itni der kyon lagi?

Guard: Aap so rahe te shehenshah, hum kya karte?

Jalal: Teekh hai. Takliya.

Jalal was not able to contain his happiness. His Jodha Begum had returned after so long. She was back to him.

Jalal: Ye Kya? Jodha Begum aur Agra mein. Khuda ki laakh laakh shukar hai ki vo teekh se pahunchi. Unhe paigam to bejna tha na , hum unke liye bahar intezar to karte. Hume abhi unse jaake bat karni padegi. Nahi. Abhi abhi subah hui hai, vo so rahi hogi, der raat pahunchi thi, taki hogi. Hum baad mein chale jayenge. Nahi Nahi, hum intezar nahi kar sakte, hum abhi chale jate hai. Khuda, hum kare bhi to kya kare?

Jalal was confused in his hojra while on the other side Jodha was in an equally bad place. Since she had returned she had just wanted to meet Jalal. Jodha is alone in her room, she is arguing with herself as to what to do...

Jodha: Hume shehenshah ke paas abhi chale jate hain. Humne paigam bhi nahi beja ki hum aa rahe hai. Agar unse abhi baat karlenge toh hume sukoon milegi. Par Jodha, abhi subah hui hai, tum shehenshah ke neend mein vign nahi dal sakte, tum ruk jao, baad mein chale jao. Par nahi hume badi bechaini ho rahi hai, hum jaake unse mil hi lete hai. Ye teekh hoga.

Jodha Is about to leave running when Jalal enters. Their hands brush against each others. Jodha feels like an electric current is passing through her. She is about to say pranaam' to him when...

Jalal: Jodha Begum, subah saj-dhajke aap humse hi milne aa rahi thi na? Humare bina neend nahi aa rahi hogi aapko.

Jodha: (in mind: Shehenshah ki taane maarne ki aadat abhi bhi vaisie hi hai) Nahi toh shehenshah hum ammijaan se milne ja rahe the. Hum unse bahut prem karte hein, aur humari vajah se jo takleef unhe pahunchi use kam to karni padegi na. Aur shehenshah aap yahan kya kar rahe hein subah subah?

Jalal takes Jodha's hand and pushes her gently towards the wall. He grins at her, and gives her a wide eyed smile. Jodha knew that it was impossible for her to stay without him anymore. She loved this man, and would never wish to hurt him again.

Jalal: Hum aapse milne aaye the, par aap sirf ammijaan se prem karte hain, aur unse hi milna chahte hain , to hum chale jaate .

Jodha: Nahi Shehenshah, Vo...vo

Jalal: Nahi Jodha Begum, hum ja rahe hai.

Jodha: Humara vo matlab nahi tha shehenshah. Hum aapse hi milne aa rahe the.

Jalal: Mujhe pata tha, chaliye jodha begum hame bahut bookh lagi hai, ek saath khana ka lete hain.

Jodha: ji... par shehenshah

Jalal: Arey jodha begum, humne aapko aisi dabi hui aavaaz mein kabhi baat karte nahi suna, aisa kya hua hai achanak?

Jodha: Shehenshah, humse bool ho gayi hai. Hume shama kijiye. Aap Aamer se Ajmer, Ajmer se Mathura sirf humare liye aaye aur humne aapko sirf tez hi pahunchaya. Aap gaav gaav batke humare liye aur humne humne...bas shama kar dijiye shehenshah.

Jalal: Nahi Jodha begum, aap hame muaf kar dijiye. Humne aap par shark kiya, itna gatiya inzaam lagaya. Aapne humare liye apne jeevan dav pe laga di aur humne badle mein kya kiya?

Jodha: Chod dijiye shehenshah, hum aapko muaf kar dete hein aur yahi umeed aapse bhi rakte hein.

Jalal: Ji jodha begum, ye sab purani baat hai, ab hum sirf aage ki sochenge. Aur humara bavishya bahut accha hoga, hai na Mariam-Uz-Zamani'?

Jodha: SHEHENSHAH?!?!

Jalal: (in a fast playful tone) Chaliye Jodha Begum, hume ab bahut zor se bookh lag rahi hai. Aaiye.

Background: (Naughty Jalal Music) Ta na tan a ta ta na. As they reach the door of her room. Jodha looks at her hands and suddenly stops.

Jodha: Shama chahte hain shehenshah, par kya aap ek pal ke liye ruk sakte hein?

Jalal agrees. She goes next to the mirror in her room and puts on the bangle that Jalal had given her. She looks at her reflection in the mirror. She was red from all the blushing. Shenhenshah had called her Mariam-Uz-Zamani. She turns back and looks at Jalal glaring at the sky while leaning on the door of her room. She smiled. She finally felt happy, she was finally back with Jalal, she finally felt like she was at home...
