Jalal: Aapne voh kangan abhi abhi pehna na? Pehle to vo haath mein nahi tha.

Jodha: Aap choto choti cheezon ko kaise pakad lete hein? Haan humne abhi abhi pehna hai. Aapne humein ye di aur hum nahi pehne? Ye toh nahi ho sakta.

Jalal: Hum sirf choti cheezon ki hi nahi, balki khoobsurat cheezon ko dekh lete hai.

Jodha blushes. She was happy at this comment of Jalals.

Jalal: Jodha Begum aap itne laal kyon ho rahe hain? Hum aapki nahi kangan ki baat kar rahe the.

Jodha: Hum kyon laal honge? Vo sooraj mukh par gir raha tha..to...to..Bas haam laal nahi huye the. teekh hai shehenshah?

Jalal smiled. This was the quality of Jodha that he loved. She loved getting compliments but never acknowledged defeat. She was still red, but was looking the other way. Jalal imagined himself caressing that beautiful face. He waited for the day that she would be his, the day they would become one.

Jodha: Aap kya dekh rahe hai? Chaliye, appko bukh lag rahi thi na. Itne dheere kyon chal rahe hain?

Jodha was turning back and speaking to Shehenshah that she did not realize what was ahead of her, a pool of water. She would slip if she didn't look forward. She kept speaking to him.

Jalal: Jodhaa, dhyan se. Aage dekhiyee...

Jodha: Kyaaa?

Jalal ran. No, he could not let Jodha get hurt. Never, not ever again. He caught her at the right moment. He could feel her breath on his neck. They were close, closer than ever. He looked into her hazel doe shaped eyes. He couldnt take his eyes off. He wanted to kiss those eyelids, he wanted to carry her and take her awayyy...

Jalal: Jodha, sambaliye apne aapko. Agar aapko kuch ho jata, to hum apne aapko muaf nahi kar pate.

Shenhenshah had called her Jodha. She liked that. She took her finger and placed it on his lips to silence him.

Jodha: Nahi shehenshah. Kuch nahi kahiye. Jo bhi bura hona tha vo ab ho gaya. Ab hum sirf kush rahenge, hum hamesha saath rahenge. Aur Danyavad shehenshah hume bachane ke liye. Aapke bina humara kya hota?

Jalal: Nahi, shauhar-bivi ke beech aise danyavad sab nahi hota. Aap teekh hai yehi humare liye kaafi hai. Ab chale Jodha Begum?

She smiled. They walked towards Jalal's khojra, where he had arranged breakfast for the two of them.

Jodha: Humne Aagra ko bahut yad kiya. Aap', Ammijaan, Rahim, Salima Begum. Sirf logon ko hi nahi balki humne humare kaksh, Anguri baag, aur aapke khojre ko bhi bahut yaad ki thi. Yahan aake hume bahut kushi ho rahi hai.

Jalal: Accha? Dekhiye ab humara khojra bhi aa gaya. Jaake naush farmaye?

Jodha: Ji, shehenshah.

They entered his room, where a spread of food was waiting to be binged upon. He had made sure to keep only Vegetarian food as his Jodha Begum preferred that. They sat down, and Jodha asked a question to Jalal that seemed to change his mood in a second...

Jodha: Jab hum Aamer mein the, yahan Aagra mein kya hua tha shehenshah?

Jalal: Jodha Begum, kuch nahi, chaliye khana kaate hein.

Jodha: (Thinking: Ye baat ko kyon taal rahe hein, zaroor kuch toh hua hoga) Nahi shehenshah aap pehle bataiye yahan kya hua tha?

Jalal: Vo kuch nahi...kuch nahi hua...hua tha.

Jodha was surprised. Why was Shehenshah not answering her question? She looks at him and is shocked to see a tear on his cheek. What had she done? Why did her question affect Shehenshah so much?

Jodha: SHEHENSHAH?!?!..aapke aankhon mein aansu??

Precap: Jalal is resting on Jodha's shoulders. She gently lifts his head and plants a kiss on his forehead. He smiles at Jodha weakly. She gives him a tight hug.
