Susanne Got kids custody ; Hrithik Fine with that

With the divorce proceedings of Hrithik Roshan and Sussanne Roshan having already started, Sussanne has been given the custody of the kids.

We all know that Hrithik and Sussanne have two kids: Hrihaan (8) and Hridhaan (6). The custody of the kids could have become a bone of contention between the two, as it does for many divorcing couples, but Hrithik and Sussanne have agreed that she have the kids under her.

On Wednesday morning, Hrithik Roshan and Sussanne Roshan filed for divorce in Bandra family court and were represented by the same lawyer, indicating that there was no acrimony in this divorce. More so, it's going to be a divorce by mutual consent and Hrithik Roshan is said to be fine with the custody of the kids being granted to Sussanne Roshan.

Given that Hrithik is always on the move for his film shoots and is even out of Mumbai for weeks on end, the couple seems to have decided mutually that Sussanne look after Hrehaan and Hridhaan.

The next court hearing is scheduled for October 31. If things go smooth, the divorce may come through then. Meanwhile, the hopes of reconciliation between the two are bleakest.

Hrithik and Sussanne got married in 2000. Their marriage lasted 13 years. They announced their split in December last year.

The final hearing of Hrithik Roshan and Sussanne Khan divorce is slated to take place on October 31 while the custody of their kids Hridaan and Hrehaan is given to Sussanne.

Hrithik Roshan flew down from Florida to Mumbai late on Monday night. On Wednesday morning at around 10 30 am, he and wife Sussanne Khan came to the Bandra family court where they filed for divorce.

The couple, whose companionship spans a period of 17 years, was married for 13 years, and they recently (December 2013) went their separate ways. It has emerged that another hearing has been scheduled for six months from now. (Also read: Hrithik and Susanne file for divorce) When contacted, lawyer Dipesh Mehta divulged a few details. He said, "I am representing both Hrithik and Sussanne; they have filed for divorce by mutual consent. The counsellor has submitted the report and the next hearing will take place on October 31.

The custody of their kids, Hrehaan and Hridaan, has been awarded to Sussanne."With the couple filing for divorce, rumours about their getting back together have been put to rest. Says a source close to the couple, "As their friends, we support their decision, but we had hoped that things would end differently. The kids will now be with Sussanne and Hrithik did not object to this. In fact, no allegations have been made by either party. The divorce is expected to come through by October end.
