All temples and churches have donation boxes exactly for that purpose. And every single worshipper donates ... whether it be a token, or a large amount ... but they all do.

The poor pandit didn't realise that Paro would take him literally ... he was probably hoping for a cash gift ... maybe some gold or diamonds ... even a piece of land if he was really lucky ... all in the name of the temple, of course!!! 😆
