Exactly! If they are drawn in, they watch it. They like suspense and the emotional reactions (even though there weren't any yesterday LOL) more than the actual plot devices, which at times don't make sense. She also says that the most popular Bollywood movies make zero sense, yet they do well because of the action and drama, so why are we so hard on a TV show? Also American soap operas that she also used to watch are notorious for defying logic but have been on the air for many years. So when she argues stuff like that, it's hard to defend my yesterday's disappointment. 😆

Taking all of that into consideration, I guess I agree...besides it was just one bad episode 😆 And that too only for the loyal audience!

I have gotten my entire family and a lot of my extended family hooked onto RR 😆 Haha yes my grandpa is awesome, my grandma was not that impressed with the Jaipur/romantic track last week but my grandpa watched it all with keen interest 😆

This forum needs people like ur grandpa to spread positivity and curb all this gloom. Our overanalysis of things is actually backfiring on us. Even my medical knowledge isn't good,I love the practical paro more than the crying one, that's why I didn't find the last episode bad at all. As someone mentioned in another post- u don't watch fiction for reality. V all can learn a thing or two from these people who v call the 'TRP aunties' 😃

Yes these people we call 'TRP aunties' watch serials solely for the entertainment, whereas loyal audience members tend to get very emotionally involved...and sometimes that can not only hurt us, but the show itself. On that note, I'll go tell my grandpa to make an IF account 😆 haha joke!
