Actually the reports that the Doctor saw were already changed by Suparna beforehand and that's why the Doc said Sanchi has a very less chance of becoming a mother. It's not the Doc's fault. She has seen the wrong reports.

The only odd thing about this situation is that Saachi has not felt any of the symptoms so far of her getting to know she is pregnant. I mean I would think by now she would feel kind of different but she still has no idea that she is pregnant...That I find a little odd...Wouldn't she feel somewhat different? Morning sickness? Missed her monthly cycle? Couldn't that prompt her to think there could be a reason for that? This is a little hard to digest...
