Jodha's adamant behaviour of not returning to agra inspite of Jalal apologizing so many times leaving back his ego is quite disappointing. But I just thought over it and i feel like sharing my views also, as this is a forum we are able to give out our free and fair opinion.
I just feel that Jodha's love is the "BUTTERFLY" metamorphosis process. (As the butterfly undergoes 4 stages before turning out to a beautiful and colourful butterfly)
Stage 1: Eggs
Jodha's love for Jalal was first laid when she was impressed with him for saving her during religion convertion, the cold night and the fake pregnancy track, It was the first time, she really saw jalal's nature and empathy. The love (egg) was laid then. But she was just unaware of it.
stage 2: Caterpillar
It is where the egg converts to an ugly caterpillar. Similarly, the love of jodha for jalal took many twists and turns due to the agra pagalkhanne's wardens (MA, ruq etc) It is the phase just like the caterpillar movement, there were so many ups and downs in their relation. Some times like jalal making jodha feel jealous, jodha saving jalal from benazir, jalal supporting jodha in harem and again to the sujamal track.
stage 3: Pupa
It is the stage where the caterpillar gets covered itself in a shell sought of a body where the other parts of the butterfly's body like wings, antenna etc develops. Jodha's ego, the guroor is the shell. Her feeling for jalal is still developing only. The metamorphosis is going on within jodha.
It is said that at this stage, it the the shell is distrubed or broken, the butterfly dies. Similarly, jodha has to herself grow, fight her ego over her love for her husband, break open the shell and come out. Jalal's part is also justified, he is in the fear of loosing his love forever, in that haste he thinks that apologizing and taking jodha along with him will make his love stay with him forever and is eager to break open the shell to see how the butterfly is growing. In that process it will just result in the culmination of the butterfly. I feel that jodha has to develop all the organs for her survival of her love by herself. She has to fight her logical brain and heart (naturally heart will always win). Jodha has to fight all her weaknesses herself and realize her love for her husband and break open the shell.
stage 4: Colourful Butterfly
Once Jodha's love fights and comes out of the shell as a beautiful butterfly then jalal is going to have only happiness which a butterfly creates. Jodha's love will then be his strength, companion and this shield of the entire life. Jodha's love is worth waiting (Her love for her parents, amer, brothers, ammijaan, rahim, salima begam, kwaja sera etc). When these people who are part of jodha's life can have so much love, then when jalal is her life how much love she will shower on him.
Now Jodha is in her pupa stage, soon she will come out as a butterfly and spread all happiness in jalal's life.
I am not taking sides of jalal or jodha. Since jalal has openly acknowledged his love for jodha, jodha is still not coming out to accept her love for her husband neither before her masa or husband. Hence i just thought of only analyzing her love. Because any man would long to hear from his beloved that she also loves him. (that too for a person like jalal who has first realized that he doth have a heart).
