Rangrasiya seems highly inspired by Disney fairytales...here's how:
1) Beauty and the Beast- Rudra was initially termed "janvar" and "jallad" and behaved that way, like a Beast. Paro is Beauty in every sense and funny thing is Sanaya is also called Beauty on set. Initially RR had a beauty and beast style story with Beauty held captive by the Beast, their bond grows and the fall in love.
2) Rapunzel- Paro baisa seems like she's been locked up in her own tower (that is first Birpur and now Chandangadh) where she knows very little about the outside world and how it works. The way she sees the world through Rudra's eyes and how he explained to her about the way the shower functions, or the AC, etc, it was very much like Paro being freed from her Tower to face the outside world
Then there is also this...earlier posted by Sunara
3) Cinderella- Rudra refused to let Paro come to the ball but her fairy godmother (Geetanjali) got her ready and bought her to the ball. Paro danced with her Prince and they even bought in the slipper, but instead of putting it on, Rudra took it off for her.
And now:
4) Snow White- well off sorts...evil Mohini will poison the food intended for Paro but Rudra eats it as per spoilers so wondering who Snow White is here Rudra or Paro! lol but the point is Paro will be the one to make sure he's ok...lol don't think it will be with true love's kiss though
