This sounds similar to Sanjeeda's old serial 'Jaane Pehchaane Se Yeh Ajnabi' where she went through plastic surgery and changed her name.

This seems to be a Revenge type situation, where the protagonist takes on someone's identity to get revenge on those who wronged her and her dad.
