After Parud go back to Haveli,Maithli will narrate about devyani and fire and khakisa behind it.Now khakisa will remind Paro that it is because of her allowing her in the house that now Paro is married to Rudra and therefore as kaki said she will ask her something in return when time comes,so here she will ask Paro not to tell Rudra abt she being behind the fire conspiracy as it would create a rift in the family.this might happen.

why would paro be indebted to kaki in any way? letting her into the house was not a favour, but a plan, and paro knows that too.

I don't think anything like this will happen

I'm hoping that Samrat scolds Maithili infront of Parud for sneaking out in the night and making up stories about Kakisa. Then she defends her stand by saying that Paro never stepped back from saving her from kidnappers inspire of Rudra's temper. And that it is her turn to help Paro. That way Rudra will be clear about the fire and know about the kidnapping too.
