Rishab suggests that Priyanka also let Dr. Merchant handle her case, and asks Priyanka to show her reports to the Doc. Priyanka tells him that he should worry about Jethaniji, and Dr. Raj has recommended Dr. Varsha Seth to her and all her reports are with Dr. Seth.
Priyanka comes to the room, looks at Rahul who is sleeping. She talks to herself, says that Rahul get well soon. Is worried that she may not be able to hide the truth for long, and if Rahul comes to know the truth he will leave his treatment. She thinks about the pregnancy reports and if they land in Rahul's hand it will be bad, she takes them out and tears them to pieces and throws them out the window.
Rishab is drinking outside, the pieces fall near him, he picks them up, takes them to his room, puts them together and sees that the result is negative, laughs. He tells himself that bahu rani does not know how much this lie will cost her.
Knock on Priyanka's room door, its Rishab. He asks if Rahul is fine, she tells him Rahul is sleeping. He tells her he saw a bad dream. Priyanka goes out and Rishab tells her he dreamt that she was in the hospital, everyone was waiting for the good news, but doctors inform of some complications, they do an operation on her and find that her womb is empty. He has the evilest wickedest smile on his face. Priyanka thanks him for worrying about her, but tells him that he should dream about Rahul walking again.
Rishab sees Nikki come in, asks her where she had been. She tells him she went to see Kunal Kharbanda. Priyanka comes out as well as Anoushka. Priyanka asks her why she went to see Kunal. Nikki tells her that her brother is not doing the right thing. Anoushka tells her not to pass judgement on others and takes her inside her room.
Nikki tells Anoushka that she is destroying her life, when Rishab knocks to ask if Nikki is there and takes Nikki away with him. Rishab tells Nikki that he is proud of her as she went to see Kunal. He fondly touches her cheeks and tells her that he wished she was Anoushka his life would have been a happy one. He tells her not to leave him and go.
Nikki tells him she will not leave till she solves the problem btw him and Anoushka. Rishab tells her he will show her how to save their relationship. Rishab calls Gargi and tells her that Kunal flaunted his and Anoushka's relationship in front of Nikki. Nikki just looks at Rishab puzzled.
Gargi goes and asks Kunal what he told Nikki, he asks her if she wants to know the truth. He tells her I don't want to talk to you.
Priyanka comes to the room and finds Rahul missing, she goes to look for Rahul when she hears Rishab and Rahul talking. Rishab tells Rahul they need to take care of Priyanka as she has had a mis-carriage before. Rishab asks Rahul if he has seen any pregnancy symptoms on Priyanka as he himself has not.
Everyone is gathered at the table, Priyanka joins them. Rishab asks Meera if Priyanka can eat anything. Raman suggests a good diet plan after consultation with a doctor. Rishab suggests that Dr. V. Seth can make the diet plan, and also do the delivery of Anoushka as Dr. Varsha Seth is a good doctor. Rishab tells them he is going to meet Dr. Varsha Seth and will invite Dr. Raj and Dr. Seth over for dinner.
Priyanka feels vomittish and runs to her room. Once there she feels she will not be able to hide the truth for long. She calls Raj and tells him to tell Dr. Seth that when Rishab asks her, she should tell him that she is treating Priyanka and all her reports are with her (Dr. Seth). Raj asks Priyanka why she wants them to lie. Raj sees Rishab come in the hospital. Priyanka tells him she will tell him later as now there is no time. Rahul coming towards his room. Raj tells Priyanka that Rishab is already there.
