Paro and Rudra ,two beings one soul. So attuned to one other that words aren't required to convey what they want to say to each other. Rudra comes running once he realises that Paro would have gotten scared being alone ,this is the bechani which he feels.
Remember his marriage vows ? Not one could he abide by. Why ? Because it is ingrained in him to be Paro's protector, to stand in front of her and shield her from any harm. Seeing Paro scared or even upset makes him restless.
The tea scene ? He could tell from the look in her eyes and hastened to help her.
Their connection is divine.

Paro gained happiness back in her life through Rudra. Her life became colourful and her gaiety came back when she realised that here was a person she could live for and live with. He had become so important to her that even a second without him felt like suffocation to her.
And without Paro,Rudra's restlessness was back. He needed to have her in front of eyes,he started to apologise to her ,especially seen in that scene when he awkwardly tries to reason out to her that he didn't want her feelings hurt which was why he was requesting her to stay back. This was love which was slowly beginning to change Rudra.
